About this Experience 

When

Started in February of 2021 until May of 2021 

Responsibilities

I began working at Atlantic Buffet after the COVID quarantine.

I was responsible for:

- making sure patrons had gloves and a mask on

- managed seating of patrons 

- managed wait time for tables  

What I Learned

I learned beneficial communications skills needed to converse with patrons who spoke english as a second language.

I also learned how to be confident in providing help to patrons. 

Other Duties

Some additional responsibilities I had when working as a hostess were making sure the floor around the entrance and the buffet was free of debris, answering the phone, restocking masks and gloves.
